Ab dem 20. März 2025 können keine neuen Beschwerden mehr über das zentrale Portal eingereicht werden. Sie müssen nun das EU-Verbraucherbeschwerdeportal nutzen, um die zuständige Beschwerdestelle für Ihr Land zu finden.

Vanaf 20 maart 2025 kunnen er geen nieuwe klachten meer worden ingediend via het centrale portaal. U dient voortaan het EU-portaal voor consumentenklachten te gebruiken om de specifieke geschillenbeslechtingsinstanties voor uw land te vinden.
